I sense the Spirit of the Lord confronting lenses that once served us well but now quietly limit us. He is not exposing these lenses to shame us, but to free us. What once brought clarity can, if left unexamined, become a constraint.
If we will allow the Lord to touch our eyes again, we will discern His purposes with renewed clarity—and recognize when and how He is moving. This hour demands prophetic sight, a renewed revelation of God’s ways, and a conscience that remains tender before Him.
A Season of Divine Realignment:
This is a season of divine realignment. God is not asking us to perfect old structures; He is inviting us into deeper relationship. He is removing lids disguised as platforms and restoring altars where His presence may dwell without restriction.
Do not fear laying down what once worked.
In this hour:
- Obedience will matter more than experience
- Humility will matter more than reputation
- Alignment will matter more than applause
“Build with Me, not for Me. Walk with Me, not ahead of Me.”
Let it be said of us—that we saw rightly, built humbly, and welcomed the unrestricted presence of God.
This is the awakening of leaders who are aligned, surrendered, and ready for what the Lord is about to do.
A Leadership Awakening Moment:
This is a Leadership Awakening moment—an invitation to see, build, and lead anew.
It is a prophetic exhortation meant to awaken conscience, restore discernment, and call leaders into realignment, surrender, and lasting legacy.
The Lord is awakening leaders from passive assumption to prophetic discernment. He is restoring clarity where familiarity has dulled vision and reigniting conscience where routine has replaced reverence. What once produced success cannot substitute for present obedience.
The Spirit of the Lord is saying:
“Awake, O leader, and see again.”
“Awake, you who sleep, arise from the dead, and Christ will give you light.” — Ephesians 5:14
“So shall He sprinkle many nations; kings shall shut their mouths at Him; for what had not been told them they shall see, and what they had not heard they shall consider.” — Isaiah 52:15 (NKJV)
Leadership Awakening is not about building bigger structures; it is about cultivating deeper surrender.
In this hour, God is not endorsing formulas, systems, or reputations. He is entrusting authority to those who walk humbly, listen carefully, and build according to His blueprint.
A Conviction: A Word of the Lord:
“Do not lead from what worked—lead from what I am saying now.”
Alignment will outweigh applause.
Intimacy will outweigh influence.
This is a call to shed old wineskins and awaken to new levels of relationship—first with Christ, then with one another.
The leaders God is awakening in this season will not strive to contain His presence; they will become platforms through which His glory is revealed.
Let it be said of this generation of leaders:
They saw clearly.
They built humbly.
They led courageously.
This is Leadership Awakening—where conscience is restored, vision is clarified, and leaders are aligned with heaven’s design for such a time as this.
Corporate Declaration:
Join me in this personal and corporate declaration.
In this hour of awakening, we come before the Lord with humble hearts, a right spirit, and a sharp, stable, and sound mind. Let us declare and Agree in Prayer:We declare that this is a Leadership Awakening moment.
We choose discernment over assumption and obedience over familiarity.
We surrender every paradigm, preference, and structure that limits the movement of God in our lives and leadership.
We lay down what once worked so we may take hold of what the Spirit is saying now.
We declare that our leadership will be a platform, not a container, for the presence and purpose of God.
We refuse to build according to human wisdom alone; we commit to build according to God’s blueprint.
We declare that our consciences are awakened, our vision is clarified, and our hearts are realigned with heaven.
We will grow deeper in Christ and higher in our expectations in Him.
We will lead from intimacy, not imitation; from humility, not control; from alignment, not ambition.
We declare that we are shedding old wineskins and embracing new levels of relationship— first with God, and then with one another.
We choose to build His Kingdom, not our own; to steward His presence with reverence; and to lead courageously in truth and love.
We declare that we will see clearly, build faithfully, and lead boldly for the glory of God and the good of His people.
